Can I still bring my MINI in for service?
How can I drop off or pick up my vehicle for service?
This will depend on the operating status of your preferred MINI Retailer, which is contingent upon local government guidelines. It is also the individual MINI Retailer’s decision on how best to protect the health and well-being of their customers, retail associates, and local community. Please contact your preferred MINI Retailer directly to discuss how they can help.
Is it possible to extend my warranty?
In an effort to support our customers, MINI Canada is extending the New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage and service inclusive plans that expired after March 12, 2020. MINI Canada is providing an extension to July 1, 2020. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and re-evaluate if necessary.
Will my vehicle be disinfected before it’s returned to me?
Will I be able to speak to a technician about my vehicle?
Many MINI Retailers offer the opportunity to speak with a MINI Technician or service advisor via video, text, and phone to keep you updated on the status of your vehicle, and explain any required repairs or service. For more information about these 1-on-1 consultations, please contact your preferred MINI Retailer directly.
Should I be cleaning my vehicle at home?
For peace of mind, we encourage you to clean your vehicle on a regular basis. To support our customers, we have created the MINI Home Cleaning Guide, which outlines the MINI-recommended cleaning products and techniques best suited to keeping your vehicle clean.
Can I pay my service invoice from home?
We are pleased to share that many MINI Retailers offer remote payments for MINI service invoices. Please contact your preferred MINI Retailer for specific details about their remote payment processing.
